Host a tournament in Jakarta
MCC wants one venue in each of Jakarta's three grounds: north, east and south-west. A host takes on an amateur 5-a-side competition of 64 to 128 teams over five weeks starting 9 April 2027, while MCC provides the rules, the entry list and the prizes. This page is for operators of futsal halls, mini soccer fields and similar courts in greater Jakarta.
What a Jakarta venue takes on
Think in weekends. Groups occupy three of them in April, the playoffs follow, and the ground's final falls on 9 May. Matches run in 40-minute slots on the fixture dates, so a venue with many courts can handle 128 teams on weekend hours, while one with a couple of courts can still take a ground that starts at 64.
Which areas the Jakarta grounds cover
North Jakarta takes in Kelapa Gading, Tanjung Priok and the north coast. East Jakarta covers Jatinegara, Cakung and routes out toward Bekasi. South-West Jakarta spans Kebayoran, Pondok Indah and toward Tangerang Selatan. Pick the ground whose district your site falls in; the cards on the Jakarta city page mark the grounds that already have a venue.
How a Jakarta venue applies
A Jakarta pitch owner applies through the pitch owner application. For every ground MCC settles on a single venue and signs the agreement. Once that is done, the venue's name goes up on the Jakarta page for the teams that chose the ground; before then its card shows as open.
Questions from Jakarta venues
Which part of Jakarta should a venue apply for?
The ground whose area contains the site: North Jakarta, East Jakarta or South-West Jakarta. Futsal and mini soccer courts are the usual way small-sided football is played in the city, and the pitch owner application is how a site is put forward to MCC.
How many courts does a Jakarta ground need?
That depends on the size of ground you are aiming for. Four-team groups play three matches each across the April weekends, so a site with many courts can serve 128 teams, while one or two courts fit a ground that opens at 64 teams.
Who supplies teams and referees for a Jakarta ground?
Teams enter through the MCC site and are placed in groups by MCC. Referees and crew come from the join page rather than from teams or the venue. What a Jakarta venue provides is the courts, for 40-minute matches on the fixture dates.
