Host a tournament in Bogota

MCC is looking for one venue for each of its three Bogota grounds, North, West and South. The venue becomes the home of a full amateur tournament across April and May 2027, while MCC supplies the format, fixtures, entries and prize fund. Operators of futsal or microfútbol courts anywhere in the capital can read here what hosting asks of them.

What a Bogota venue takes on

What the Bogota venue gives MCC is its courts for one ground's fixtures, in 40-minute slots. April carries three group weekends, the playoffs begin on 30 April, and the ground final closes the round on 9 May. Entries decide whether the ground fills to 128 teams or starts at 64, and the Pitch Champion moves on to the Colombian final weekend.

Which Bogota area a venue serves

Each ground is defined by area. North Bogota is Usaquen, Suba and the northern corridor. West Bogota is Engativa, Fontibon and the Calle 80 and El Dorado axes. South Bogota is Kennedy, Bosa, Tunjuelito and everything further south. Owners apply for the area where their site stands, and the live cards on the city page show which grounds already have a venue.

Applying through the pitch owner programme

A site owner sends in the pitch owner application. When MCC picks the venue for a Bogota ground, it signs an agreement, and the venue's name goes up on the city page for every team registering there. Before that point the ground's card shows no venue at all.

Questions from Bogota venues

How many Bogota venues will MCC confirm?

One for each of the three grounds, North, West and South, so three in all. A venue hosts the matches of its own ground only, and it is named on the Bogota page once its agreement is signed.

Can a club away from the main avenues apply?

Yes. The grounds are areas of Bogota, so a club in Suba, Fontibon or Bosa belongs to its ground as much as one beside a main road. Owners use the pitch owner application, and one venue is confirmed for each ground.

Who provides the teams, officials and prizes?

MCC provides all three. Teams sign up on this site, referees and crew come through the join page rather than from the venue, and the Pitch Champion's $20,000 is paid from the published prize fund.
